Lowmoor Nursing Home Hosts Blue Light Card Holders to Free Breakfast Event
Lowmoor Nursing Home in Kirkby-in-Ashfield are hosting a free breakfast event for Blue Light Card holders, following the success of its first Blue Light Breakfast in September 2025.
The breakfast will be held at Lowmoor Nursing Home, Lowmoor Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 7JF and will be taking place on Friday 5th June between 9:00am and 11:00am.
With complimentary breakfast rolls and drinks, the event offers an opportunity to give back to show appreciation for the dedicated individuals who support and care for others every day.
Prepared by the kitchen team at Lowmoor Nursing Home, the breakfast will provide guests with a welcoming environment to enjoy a free breakfast.
Lee Anderson, MP for Ashfield, has confirmed his attendance at the event, highlighting the strong level of local support for the initiative.

In November 2025, Home Manager at Lowmoor, Chris Morrisson was a finalist in the Leader of the Year category at the Proud to Care Nottinghamshire Awards 2025, with Deputy Manager, Maggie Blower also a finalist in the Social Care Nurse/Nursing Associate category.
