Lifestyle & Wellbeing Assistant

Chloe joined Newgate Lodge Care Home in August 2022 as a Care Assistant before moving into the Activities Team in April 2026, where she works alongside Leanne as a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Assistant.

Having worked in the care industry since the age of 17, Chloe brings over eight years of experience to her role. She is passionate about supporting residents and helping to improve and make a positive difference in their daily lives.

Her favourite part of the role is building strong relationships with residents and delivering meaningful activities that enrich their lives, support their wellbeing, and encourage independence.

Outside of work, Chloe is a full-time mum who enjoys spending time with her family. She is also currently teaching herself how to knit and enjoys developing new skills in her spare time.
