Care Coordinator

Sharan’s journey into care began in April 2022 where she started in the industry as a Healthcare Assistant, quickly discovering how much she enjoyed caring for others and making a difference to their lives.

Sharan joined Lidder Care in November 2025 as a Community Carer, before becoming Field Supervisor and progressing to her current role as Care Coordinator.

Today, she supports the smooth running of our home care service through rota management, care planning, community visits and close communication with clients, families and carers. She enjoys helping people maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. Sharan believes that good care starts with dignity, respect and a team that feels supported and listened to.

Away from work, Sharan enjoys cooking, singing and travelling, especially discovering new recipes and exploring new places.
