Adele McGregor

Home Care Manager

Adele joined Lidder Care in June 2024 to implement home care services within the community. She started her career in the care sector in 1990 and has worked her way up from a care assistant to a senior carer and then to a Care Coordinator, gaining valuable experience along the way. Furthering her career, Adele wanted to work with individuals with disabilities before completing her Level 5 Leadership in Management. She then progressed to the Registered Manager of a Housing Association for a supported living service and outreach where she also set up a successful homecare service.

Her favourite part of the job is meeting the clients and providing outstanding service, with a good team to meet their needs. Outside of work, Adele supports Mansfield Town FC and loves to spend time with her friends and family.
