Operations Coordinator

Chelsea joined Lidder Care in 2024, her role as Operations Coordinator provides daily support, ensuring smooth functionality and efficiency between the Lidder Care branches, operations team and external teams, enabling the group to grow and develop.  She assists in strategic planning and project management to drive company goals.

Her background includes significant experience in business administration, marketing, recruitment, and business development, which has equipped her with a versatile skill set and a strong work ethic. Her favourite part of the role is the dynamic nature, where no two days are the same, and appreciates the collaborative effort in achieving goals.

Prior to joining Lidder Care, Chelsea joined the Legal Costs Company as part of a Level 3 Business Administration course. Over the years, she took on increasing responsibilities, eventually overseeing the Marketing and Recruitment Departments. She played a key role in business development initiatives, contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Chelsea went to school with Niamh Emerson, a Heptathlon athlete who has represented Great Britain at the Commonwealth Games.
