Eleanor Savage
Project Coordinator
Eleanor joined Lidder Care in 2023 as a Project Coordinator, contributing to strategic planning and project management within the organisation. With a background in architecture and three years of experience in caring for adults with severe learning disabilities, Eleanor focuses on designing future projects for Lidder Care. Her diverse experience in both care and architectural firms allows her to create user-centred designs that enhance the quality of life for residents.
Her favourite aspect of her role is streamlining processes and improving efficiencies, which positively impacts the day-to-day care of the residents. She values building strong relationships with the team and residents, contributing to a cohesive and family-like environment. Eleanor also enjoys being part of a team that identifies and develops future opportunities for Lidder Care, with each project presenting unique challenges and opportunities.
Outside of work, Eleanor enjoys playing tennis and hiking. In 2024, she completed a 26-mile hike in the Peak District to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society.
