Helaina Potter
Home Care Manager
Helaina brings over 16 years of experience in the care sector, having started her career in care in 2009 as a Reablement Care Worker with Derbyshire County Council. She later joined Nottinghamshire County Council before progressing into care coordination and management.
Since becoming a Registered Manager in 2015, she has continued to develop her leadership experience, including working as an Area Manager supporting other managers and services alongside overseeing her own home care branch.
Helaina is passionate about delivering safe, reliable and person-centred care that enables people to remain independent in their own homes. She enjoys building positive relationships with clients and their families, whilst creating a supportive environment where the care team feel valued and proud of the difference they make.
Outside of work, Helaina enjoys spending time with her family, from walking and discovering new places to visiting local history spots and attending car shows and music events. A big music fan, she particularly enjoys live events and festivals and recently attended Creamfields. She is also a keen Formula 1 follower and a proud McLaren supporter.
