Lee Swinn

Deputy Manager

Lee has been Deputy Manager at Newgate Lodge Care Home since 2016. He thrives on collaborating with key experienced members of the care team, across all the departments of the home. He is focused on promoting a safe environment for all employees, residents and all visitors to the home.

With 20 years of experience in care, Lee has worked with elderly residents and those with learning disabilities, providing specialised rehabilitation support for adults with substance and alcohol misuse issues.

Lee has also contributed to local colleges, supporting students with medical conditions such as Asperger’s, Learning Disabilities and those requiring emotional and behavioural support. Lee has achieved his Level 5 Management and Leadership qualification.

A dedicated and loyal Mansfield Town fan, Lee proudly holds a season ticket and avidly follows his team, both at home and away games.
