Deputy Manager

Lee has been Newgate Lodge’s Deputy Manager for the past 2 and a half years. Lee has worked in care for 16 years and has extensive experience with a variety of conditions within elderly care and those with learning disabilities. Lee has level 5 management and leadership qualification and has previous managerial experience.

Lee’s ethos is putting the residents at the forefront of every decision made with regards to their care package and promoting inclusion between staff members and residents.
