Managing Director

Manjas is the Managing Director of Lidder Care, providing leadership for all aspects of the group’s operations with an emphasis on long term, strategic goals.

Care has been engrained in Manjas from an early age. Shortly after founding Lidder Care, Manjas’ parents encouraged him to work as a night carer at Lowmoor Nursing Home whilst he was still at school. This early experience of providing care for those living with dementia is how Manjas’ professional and personal connection with care really developed.

After school, Manjas completed an Accountancy degree before embarking on an early media career. Working alongside leading advertising agencies for brands such as Johnnie Walker, Mazda and Heineken, he formed his first company in 2010, Film AM, which specialised in producing engaging video content for a variety of digital platforms.

PKL Investments was founded in 2014, a property development company committed to delivering innovative schemes to the highest quality. This led Manjas to launch The Stay Company in 2017, a hotel apartment operator providing luxury accommodation for both corporate and leisure guests.

As the group’s in-house construction arm, PKL Investments work on all Lidder Care projects, be that the refurbishment of our existing care homes or embarking on new design projects within the care sector. This in-house design and construction capability allows for Lidder Care to offer bespoke and tailored solutions for all of our residents.

It is those lasting memories of care however that still resonate with Manjas, ensuring he continually strives to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, whilst investing in our team, our services and embracing new technologies to further enhance our delivery of excellent care.
