Tanya Meason

Care Manager

Tanya joined Newgate Lodge in 2014. Her journey in the care sector has seen her excel in various roles, from Senior Carer to Care Coordinator. In her current role as Care Manager, she is responsible for audit and compliance and shares her expertise by delivering first aid and moving and handling training.

Tanya loves the daily interaction residents and their families and the unique challenges that each day brings. Outside of work, Tanya loves spending time with her family and her two children.
