Tanya Meason

Deputy Manager

Tanya joined Newgate Lodge in 2014 and has built her career within the home, progressing through a variety of roles before becoming Deputy Manager. Her experience across different roles has given her a strong understanding of the home and the importance of providing consistently high-quality, person centred care.

Alongside her experience, Tanya has continued to develop professionally, completing her Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care and, most recently, achieving her Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.

Having been part of Newgate Lodge for over a decade, Tanya had built strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues and is proud to have developed her career within the home.

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys spending time with her family and her two children.
