Social Activities At Lowmoor Nursing Home

At Lowmoor Nursing Home we recognise the importance of socialising for our residents. We aim to make everyone in our care feel both looked after and comfortable in their new homes, but also help them build lasting friendships with those around them to give a happy atmosphere.

All members of staff get to know the real person in our care, building great relationships to help them to feel comfortable. We ask that every resident fills out a “this is me” booklet, ensuring we know each and every resident in our care home to provide tailored care and activities.

We are extremely passionate about providing a fulfilling life for our residents and encourage a fun and inclusive atmosphere in the home.

Whilst we encourage relationships to build between our residents, we also help to maintain their pre-existing relationships with those already in their lives, welcoming visitors every day of the week.
