Our care plans are developed collaboratively with residents, their families and friends and guided industry professionals. We also provide specialist equipment tailored to each residents’ specific care needs.
We maintain open communication and welcome the feedback from relatives to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care. Care plans are regularly reviewed to adapt to any changing needs.
New residents are welcome to bring any sentimental items or furniture to the home following a discussion with the Home Manager. All rooms can be individually decorated to suit the personal taste of each resident, ensuring they’re comfortable in their new home.
