Heart-Warming Stories From Our Residential Home
There is nothing easy about choosing a residential care home for a loved one and it’s not a decision that should be taken lightly. Not only do you want to be able to relax knowing that they are being taken care of by trained and experienced professionals, but you are sure to want a care home that they will enjoy living at. At Lidder Care, we want to show you that we take the care and happiness of our residents seriously. We have given a brief insight into what’s been happening at our residential care home below.
What’s Been Happening at Our Residential Care Home?
- Birthdays – There is no shortage of birthdays at our residential care home, so there is always something to celebrate. We celebrate the birthdays of all of our residents, whether that be an impressive 100th birthday or a young 90th, by ensuring the day is as special as it can be. Our residents are always at the forefront of what we do. We encourage friends and family to get involved, and we do everything we can to ensure everyone enjoys their birthday.
- Happy Loved Ones – As well as keeping our residents happy in their residential care home, we also do everything we can to keep their loved ones happy too. It’s important for friends and relatives to confidently know that their loved one is being cared for by professionals, and that they are enjoying their time with us. At Lidder Care, we involve loved ones as much as we can.
- Activities – Nobody likes to find themselves bored, which is why we are often organising activities for the residents of our care home. Whether it’s a relaxing board game or something a little more extravagant, there is always something going on at Lidder Care. We have a number of residents and everyone has their own idea of fun, so it’s important for us to keep things varied and entertaining.
At Lidder Care, we go above and beyond to ensure our residents are happy and comfortable during their stay. Regardless of their individual needs, we work hard to ensure they feel safe and settled as soon as possible. By creating a caring and friendly environment, everyone is able to feel at home with Lidder Care. To find out more, get in touch with the Lidder Care team. We are always happy to help.
